How much does your service cost?

Our service is only $19.95 per person for our basic screening. If you have a need for criminal or other investigations, additional fees will apply.

Can I order my own report?

NO. We only be used by employers to pull applicant's credit report.

How long does it take to receive results?

The standard delivery time is usually 24 hours. Criminal records and other investigations may take up to 4 business days because they are physically investigated.

Can I receive a full report by email?

Because the text in an email can easily be manipulated, we are prohibited from providing anything more than a credit outline through email, although, this is usually enough information for the employer to make an educated decision. Full reports are only available by fax.

What are your terms of use

All of our clients must adhere to provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act as they pertain to the handling and use of consumer credit report information. Some of these regulations include keeping an applicant's written authorization on file for two years and not disclosing credit information to third parties.
